ISLAMABAD, JUL 25 (DNA) – Secretary, Economic Affairs Division, Noor Ahmed and Country Director, German Development Bank (KfW), Mr. Wolfgang Moeller, signed Financing Agreements for Social Health Protection Phase II. Three bombs kill at least 12, wound dozens in Afghan capital
