Housing scheme case: NAB summons Khawaja Asif’s wife, son today

LAHORE (DNA) – The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has on Thursday summoned Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Khawaja Asif’s wife Mussarat Asif and son Khawaja Asad for interrogation of alleged corruption in Cantt Housing Scheme, Sialkot. According to details, former Sialkot Mayor Chaudhry Tauheed Akhtar has also been summoned by the anti-corruption watchdog today and all the accused have been alleged of embezzlement of funds in the housing scheme. Let it be known that the residents of Sialkot had submitted pleas against the suspects for committing fraud.
