RAWALPINDI (DNA) – The director general of the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Major General Asif Ghafoor on Wednesday affirmed that change comes from electoral process however; the army has no role in it. “The military wishes democratic stability in Pakistan as it will ensure country’s progress.
