TLP chief Khadim Rizvi arrested in Lahore raid
LAHORE/ISLAMABAD, (DNA) – According to reports police have arrested TLP leadership including Khadam hussain Rizvi from his Lahore residence. About 400 police personnel raided his house and arrested him after huge resistance. Details further reveal that TLP leaders have resolved to hold Liaqat Bagh rally on Nov 25. Army chief confirms death sentences to 11 terrorists
RAWALPINDI, NOV 23 (DNA) – Chief of Army Staff on Friday confirmed death sentences awarded to 11 hardcore terrorists, who were involved in heinous offences related to terrorism, i.e. attacking Armed Forces/ Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan, killing of an innocent civilian and destruction of an educational institution. On the whole, they were involved in killing of 26 persons including a civilian and 25 Armed Forces/Frontier Constabulary/ Police Officials and injuring 22 others.
