Speaker imposes ban on 6 members of Punjab Assembly
LAHORE, (DNA) – Speaker Punjab Assembly Chaudhary Parvez Elehi has imposed ban on six members of the Provincial Assembly. Those who cannot enter the Assembly till budget session include Muhammad Ashraf, Malik Muhammad Wahid, Muhammad Yaseen Amir, Muhammad Mirza, Tariq Masih Gill and Zabul-Nisa. Sudan: Former President Abdulrahman Siwar al-Dahab dies aged 83
KHARTOUM, (DNA) – Former Sudanese President Abdulrahman Siwar al-Dahab has died in Saudi Arabia. He was 83. He was a former military officer, who served as Defence Minister before he led the removal of Gaafar Nimeiry in 1985.
