EU volunteers take part in Karachi’s Sandspit beach cleaning
KARACHI, Sep 29 (DNA): The volunteers of European Union in Pakistan and World Wide Fund for Nature – Pakistan (WWF-Pakistan) led a two-day cleaning activity at Sandspit beach. Mohmand dam one step closer to completion after successful jirga talks
ISLAMABAD, Sep 29 (DNA): Another hurdle in the construction of the Mohmand dam was crossed after successful talks between the government and Mullagori tribesmen. Between 50 to 70% of the land required for the construction of the Mohmand Dam Hydropower Project is owned by the Mullagori tribe. PIA mulls blacklisting more than 100 air hostesses after Toronto incident
ISLAMABAD, Sep 29 (DNA): Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is considering blacklisting more than 100 air hostesses after one of their crew members slipped away in Canadian capital Toronto. Weekly inflation goes up by 0.37 percent
ISLAMABAD, (DNA): The weekly inflation for the week ended on September, 27 for the combined income group witnessed increase of 0.37 percent as compared to the previous week. The Sensitive Price Indicator (SPI) for the week under review in the above mentioned group was recorded at 229.17 points against 228.33 points registered in the previous week, according to data of Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS). Palestinians ask UN court to revoke US Jerusalem embassy move
