Initiative launched to manage stray dogs, cat communities

ISLAMABAD, MAY 30 (DNA) -The friendly stray dog population in Islamabad Diplomatic Enclave ‘survived’ their 2nd death threat since the beginning of this year. Islamabad People Actively Working for Strays (Islamabad PAWS), comprising of various diplomats and local citizens, is working towards a sustainable solution to manage stray dog and cat communities in the city. Balochistan home minister to request delay in holding elections

2.07m registered voters in tribal areas: ECP

PESHAWAR, MAY 29 (DNA) – The Election Commission of Pakistan has registered around two point zero seven million voters in tribal areas. A spokesman of ECP told our Peshawar correspondent that these also include eight hundred thousand female voters.
