Senate elections: Obtaining nomination papers start
ISLAMABAD, FEB 04 (DNA) – The process of obtaining nomination papers by candidates for Senate elections has started in Sindh. Public Relation Officer of Sindh Election Commission Yasar Hameed Mughal informed our Karachi correspondent Altaf Pirzado that so far seven candidates have obtained nomination papers. Imran Khan never used copters for private use, clarifies KP govt
PESHAWAR, FEB 04 (DNA) – Khyber Pakthhunkhwa (KP) government on Saturday clarified alleged misuse of its helicopters by PTI chief Imran Khan, stating the government-owned helicopters were never used for his personal or private use. In an explanatory statement, the PTI-led KP government said Khan accompanying the ministers and advisers used these helicopters for the official tours. “These helicopters were used on 39 occasions in last four and half years,” the provincial government officials said in the statement. PML-N all set to flex political muscle in Peshawar today
PESHAWAR, FEB 04 (DNA) – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is all set to flex its political muscle in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) stronghold – Peshawar – on Sunday.
