ASF tortures passengers for protesting over flight delay at Islamabad airport

ISLAMABAD, DEC 27 (DNA) – Airport Security Force (ASF) on Wednesday tortured passengers, who were protesting over a 16-hour delay in flight at Benazir International Airport in Islamabad. The ruckus erupted when enraged people chanted slogans against the administration over flight delay which was scheduled to leave for Abu Dhabi on Tuesday evening. Two people also fell unconscious after being assaulted. The protesters said that visa expiry date of several passengers was today due to which they were pressurizing the airport management to arrange the flight as early as possible.
