Australia provides A$500,000 to improve access for Punjab farmers
ISLAMABAD, (DNA) – The Australian Government announces a AUD500,000 program to train around 4,000 smallholder farmers from Sheikhupura and Gujranwala, Punjab, to produce quality seed, improve crop yield and gain better access to market. ISLAMABAD (DNA)- Situation is worsening in twin cities and police are facing stern resistance as locals have joined protestors and are pelting stones at law enforcement agencies. According to details, masses came out of their houses and started pelting stones at police as a result of which law enforcement agencies retreated.
