QUETTA, MAR 15, (DNA) – A senior official of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) was kidnapped by unknown gunmen in Quetta on Wednesday. According to our correspondent, Abdullah Jan was abducted soon after he left his home for office in his car. His vehicle was later found in Barori Road area.
