KARACHI, FEB 17, (DNA) -Sindh government has announced Friday 3-day mourning in whole province after the blast that took place at the shrine ofHazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar in Sehwan Sharif on Thursday killing at least 76 people. According to the spokesperson of Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Syed Murad Ali Shah, national flags atop all government and private installations would fly at half-mast in the whole province for three days.
