Pakistan to play two day-night Tests this year

Pakistan are expected to host West Indies in a day-night Test in United Arab Emirates in November this year. Earlier, CSA and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had agreed that the Gabba Test during the Pakistan’s tour of Australia towards the end of this year will be day-night. The first day-night Test was played between Australia and New Zealand in Adelaide last year and drew 124,000 spectators despite only lasting three days. College principal shot dead in Quetta

  QUETTA: The principal of University of Balochistan’s law college, Barrister Amanullah Achakzai, was shot dead by unknown assailants on Spini Road here on Wednesday, police sources said. Police said the barrister was severely wounded when his vehicle was sprayed with bullets by unknown gunmen. Achakzai succumbed to his wounds while he was being taken to Civil Hospital Quetta.
