Chinese national day reception draws huge audience

ISLAMABAD, SEPT 28 (DNA) –President Mamnoon Hussain has greeted Chinese leadership on the occasion of the Chinese national day. The President was the chief guest on the occasion of the national day reception held at the Chinese embassy on Monday.The Chinese Embassy in Pakistan held a reception to celebrate the 66thanniversary of the founding of People’s Republic of China. Senate Committee passes NUMS Bill amidst controversy

ISLAMABAD, 28 SEP (DNA) – The Senate Defence Committee on Monday passed the National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) bill giving sweeping powers to the army-run medical university.
