2.07m registered voters in tribal areas: ECP
PESHAWAR, MAY 29 (DNA) – The Election Commission of Pakistan has registered around two point zero seven million voters in tribal areas.
A spokesman of ECP told our Peshawar correspondent that these also include eight hundred thousand female voters.
The spokesman said all the Temporarily Displaced Persons who have returned to their native areas have also been registered as voters, so that maximum number of tribal people could use their right to vote in the coming general elections.
