BEIJING (DNA) -Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson, Wang Wenbin, during a regular press conference hailed CPEC as a major contributor towards the national development of Pakistan and termed it a booster of regional connectivity.

He said that CPEC is the pilot project of the Belt and Road Initiative and it has maintained a positive momentum since its launch in 2013. Moreover, he also congratulated 18 Pakistani award-winning employees working on CPEC projects including the Gwadar Port, energy, and infrastructure.
