PMLN’s top brass ask Nawaz to leave for London
LAHORE, AUG 25 (DNA)- Asad Khan Junejo, son of former Prime Minister Mohammad Khan Junejo, has on Thursday announced to join Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN).
He made this announcement during meeting with ousted Nawaz at his residence in Jati Umra.
Junejo informed Nawaz Sharif about current political situation and invited him to visit Sindh, the stronghold of Zardari-led Pakistan Peoples Party. Nawaz assured Junejo of visiting Sindh and playing an effective role in 2018 polls while claiming that PMLN would achieve ‘big victory’ in upcoming elections.
On the other hand, senior PMLN’s leadership advised Nawaz to depart for London and to remain with Kalsoom till his treatment.
While talking to media after consultative meeting, Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique claimed that PMLN leaders did not utter anti-judiciary remarks. Kh Saad said that party leadership would continue to give opinion under constitutional boundaries.
