Balochistan on a path to progress under CPEC: Governor Baluchistan
PARIS, SEPT 23 (DNA) – The Governor of Balochistan Muhammad Khan Achakzai said that Balochistan was well on the path of Progress, peace, prosperity with the launch of CPEC and improved security situation in the province.
He said that while taking to elders and notables of Pakistan community who called on him at Embassy in Paris today. Ambassador of Pakistan to France Moin ul Haque was also present on the occasion. Governor is visiting Paris as part of his tour to key European capitals.
The Governor said that launch of CPEC project, completion of the deep sea port of Gawadar and the improved law and order situation had helped in the revival of social and economic activities in the province.
He said that government is according highest priority to carry out development work in Balochistan of the welfare of the people and to bring the province at par with the other provinces. He briefed the participants about some major projects which have been launched in the province in the energy, education, health and agriculture sectors.
