Huge public rallies in Greece and Italy in support of Kashmiri people

ATHENS, SEPT 8 (DNA) -Pakistani and Kashmiri Community along with a large number of Greek Nationals held a maga protest to highlight the human rights violations in IOK and Indian aggression.
This protest was significant because of time and space. It was held right in front of the venue of Thessaloniki International fair abbreviated TIF (ΔΕΘ), which is an annual international exhibition event held in Thessaloniki, Greece’s second-largest city.
It has been held in the first week of September since 1926, and its opening is traditionally marked by a series of programmatical statements by the Prime Minister of Greece.
This year India was chosen as the honoured country for the 84th TIF in 2019 ( Last year USA was the Honoured country). The protest was done while there was attendance from the whole world. This was arranged on one day notice and it paid the efforts .
Meanwhile big public rallies were also held in various cities of Italy to condemn Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir and show solidarity with the innocent Kashmiri people.
The protesters chanted anti India slogans and called upon it to immediately announce a plebiscite in Kashmir as per the UN resolutions. DNA
