ISLAMABAD, DEC 30 (DNA) – Ambassador of Japan Takashi Kurai met Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Fawad Chaudhry on Sunday.

Information Minister Chaudhry Fawad Hussain stressed the need to enhance cooperation between Pakistan and Japan in the technology sector to boost our economy.

While talking to Ambassador of Japan Takashi Kurai in Islamabad, Information Minister sought Japanese assistance to modernize and upgrade transmission and broadcast systems of Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation and Pakistan Television.

The two sides emphasized the need to further strengthen cooperation in the field of media and information.=DNA
