ISLAMABAD, Dec 22 (DNA):Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Chaudhry Fawad Hussain Saturday took to Twitter to share his thoughts over widely circulated picture of Professor Mian Javed after his death in custody with his hands cuffed.

Lamenting the discrimination against poor and middle class in our society, the federal minister tweeted,

“If you are rich and powerful, your magnificent bungalow at Ministers Colony would be declared as sub-jail. You will be facilitated to have the green belt encroach to make it part of your bungalow. And then you carry out government’s accountability”.

In another ironic tweet, he said, “And if you are a poor man or belong to middle class, you will be shown handcuffed even after death and your body will be displayed in front of people to teach them a lesson”.

According to the reports, Sargodha University, Professor Mian Javed, who was under investigation in a corruption case, died of cardiac arrest in camp jail Lahore.=DNA
