ISLAMABAD, (DNA) – Vice Foreign Minister Kong Xuanyou called on Pakistani minister for Foreign Affairs Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Monday.

As per details, the meeting took place at the Foreign Office in the federal capital where Foreign Minister (FM) Qureshi reiterated that friendship of Pakistan and China “remains the cornerstone” of his country’s foreign policy.

The spokesperson of Foreign Office (FO), Dr. Muhammad Faisal informed that issues of mutual interest were discussed between the two dignitaries, including China Pakistan Economic Corridor.

FM Qureshi also hailed the efforts of China in bringing peace and stability in Afghanistan.
