Shehbaz Sharif handed over to NAB on 10-day physical remand
LAHORE: (DNA) – Accountability court on Saturday reserved the judgement over Shehbaz Sharif’s physical remand request put forth by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) during the hearing of Ashiana Housing Scheme case.
Leader of Opposition and PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif had been produced before court after he was arrested by the NAB in Ashiana Housing case a day earlier.
The former Punjab chief minister is being represented in court by Azam Nazeer Tarar and Amjad Pervez before Judge Najmul Hasan.
Due to several PML-N workers being present inside courtroom, Judge Najmul Hasan summoned Shehbaz’s lawyers summoned inside his chamber. The entry of unrelated persons and media coverage is barred inside the accountability court.
