Usman Buzdar elected Punjab Chief Minister
ISLAMABAD (DNA) Usman Buzdar has been elected as Punjab Chief Minister. He secured 186 votes while Hazma Shehbaz got 159 votes. Two PTI MPAs remained absent.
Three independnece candidates incluidng wife of Najam Sehti also votoed for PTI candidate.
It may be mentioned here that PML N two MPAs are on Hajj while two independenct candidates did not take part in the voting.
Usman Buzdar started his politicalcareee with PPP. He then joined PML N and in 2018 elections he joined PTI.
