ISLAMABAD, AUG 06 (DNA) – All Serena Hotels in Pakistan are lit in green and white celebrating Independence with Pakistan. The exterior lighting reminds all Serena friends and partners of the upcoming Freedom celebrations. More importantly till 14th August, each property has created a photo wall in the lobby displaying images of the journey to Independence.

Photographers from across the country are contributing to the ongoing photography contest ‘Discover Pakistan’, winners of which will be announced on the 14th of August. The photographs depict the many varied faces of Pakistan and the immense diversity of terrain, heritage and culture the country is blessed with.

Culminating in a flag hoisting ceremony on each property, each of the Serena Hotels is also offering a resounding 40% off at restaurants across the country, from Dawat in Islamabad, Lyallpur in Faisalabad, Jasmine Court in Quetta, Suvastu in Swat and Dumani in Gilgit Serena Hotel.

As a special treat the winners of the Serena Sarangi Star Competition, Ans Rehmani and the Yoon Band will be performing in Islamabad Serena Hotel and Swat Serena Hotel respectively during the 14th August celebrations.
