NAB to probe Capt (rtd) Safdar’s disproportionate assets
ISLAMABAD, (DNA) – National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Wednesday has decided to launch probe against Maryam Nawaz’s better half Capt (retd) Safdar over disproportionate assets.
As per details garnered, a meeting of NAB executive board was held here in Islamabad today.
The anti-graft watchdog has also decided to drop inquiry against former premier and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif in alleged scam of Khush-hal Pakistan Scheme over ‘non-existent’ of evidence. The executive board also decided to close probe against Pakistan Muslim League Quaid (PML-Q) leaders Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Pervez Elahi.
The NAB chief also ordered to arrest all wanted and absconders at earliest whereas he directed officials to investigate corruption allegations against former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly’s lawmaker Amir Muqam.
Likewise, NAB will also lodge reference against former Balochistan minister Azhar Khosa and others whereas circle of investigation against former Balochistan minister Nawab Mohammad Khan.
