Aboard the cruise ship sailing from Dakhla to Casablanca, Mrs. Nozipho Portia Mdawe, Secretary General of the Port Management Association of Eastern and Southern Africa (PMAESA), chaired the Special Programme on Maritime Transport & Transport Corridors.

PMAESA is an inter-governmental organization made up of Port Operators, Government Line Ministries, Logistics and Maritime Service Providers and other port and shipping stakeholders from the Eastern and Southern African regions.
