LAHORE. FEB 14 (DNA) – Maryam Nawaz said on Wednesday that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has nothing against the Sharif family which is why they are filing additional references against them.

“One after another reference means neither they found another nor they will,” she said.

She reacted to the anti-graft body’s decision to file supplementary references against the ex-prime minister Nawaz Sharif in accountability court over Al Azizia and Flagship cases.

Maryam said the top court’s decision to disqualify Nawaz Sharif over his Iqama (UAE work permit) will not be remembered in good words in the history of justice. “People have rejected the (Supreme Court’s) verdict.

She also pointed out that such orders will have consequences in future.

The daughter of ex-premier had earlier took a hit at the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Saqib Nisar by asking her followers whether the words of CJP are meant for revenge.
