ISLAMABAD, FEB 10 (DNA) – Former Interior Minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Chaudhary Nisar has refused to work under Maryam Nawaz being junior in the party and he cannot work under his junior.

He said that he cannot work under Maryam Nawaz-daughter of ousted prime minister Nawaz Sharif.

While addressing media in Texla, Nisar said that he has already said that he can work under Nawaz and Shehbaz Sharif but cannot work under Maryam Nawaz.

‘I cannot be a hypocrite and this has been my decision since start,’ he asserted. ‘But I have never criticized her.’

While talking about his resignation former minister said due to some issues in party he decided to resign from his post.

‘I still have reservations and differences with policies of party,’ Nisar said. ‘I still have never violate party discipline and unity within party is essential especially during this hard time,’ he said.

While answering a question regarding his tussle with Pervaiz Rasheed, he stated that he cannot understand why issue of Dawn Leaks was raised after one-an-half year.=DNA
