COAS Gen Bajwa calls on Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in Riyadh
RIYADH, FEB 02 (DNA) – Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa held a meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in Riyadh on Thursday.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral military relations as well as a number of issues of common interest. Both dignitaries emphasized the need for close ties between both countries.
According to Saudi Gazette, Saudi Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defence were also present on the occasion.
According to Radio Pakistan, the army chief also met Saudi Commander of Ground Forces, Lieutenant General Prince Fahd bin Turki bin Abdulaziz.
In October 2017, the army chief also visited Saudi Arabia and met Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, particularly the military fields.
