Foreign Secretary, Tehmina Janjua meets Sri Lankan President in Colombo
COLOMBO, OCT 17 (DNA) – Foreign Secretary, Tehmina Janjua called on H.E. Maithripala Sirisena, the President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka in Colombo today in his office.
The Foreign Secretary highlighted the immense goodwill for Sri Lanka in Pakistan which continues to encourage us to further strengthen and deepen our bilateral relations. She also expressed Pakistan’s desire to especially expand the trade relations between the two countries.
The President of Sri Lanka said that these feelings were reciprocal in Sri Lanka for Pakistan and he looked forward to deepen and broaden the interaction with Pakistan.
