Dar pacifies disgruntled Nisar during prolonged sitting
ISLAMABAD, JUL 25 (DNA)- Finance Minister Ishaq Dar on Monday held a prolonged sitting with disgruntled Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar to convey premier’s message and assure him of addressing concerns at earliest, well-informed sources told.
The meeting was held at Punjab House in Islamabad.
Dar also requested Nisar not to establish perception of conflict within federal cabinet through his press conference against the backdrop of current distressed political scenario.
Nisar assured Dar that he was not parting ways with Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) or premier whereas he put forth his conundrums before the finance minister that how fetid atmosphere was created against him by several federal ministers.
Nisar deplored that Nawaz Sharif believed rumors without consulting him.
Sources privy to PML-N stated that interior minister has agreed not to utter articulations during presser which can put party under immense political pressure. Sources further narrate that Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif would also call on interior minister in the upcoming days and matter would be sorted out in few days.=DNA
