Operation Khyber-IV: 13 terrorists killed, one soldier martyred
RAWALPINDI, JUL 20 (DNA) – Operation Khyber 4 has achieved steady progress as soldiers of Pakistan Army killed 13 terrorists and swept across 90 square kilometer land from occupation of terrorist outfits.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), troops advancing from multiple directions including special services group have cleared 90 square km area and now squeezing the terrorists.
Terrorists had laid number of IEDs which were detected, recovered and neutralized by Pakistan Army engineers in Counter IED teams. Many terrorist hideouts were destroyed in targeted strikes by PAF, Army Aviation and Artillery.
Pak Army soldiers killed 13 terrorists and injured six. During exchange of fire, a soldier Sepoy Abdul Jabbar lost his life for the motherland. Operation Khyber-IV is a part of Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad which continues to eradicate extremist elements nationwide.
