Indian home minister is ‘open to talks’ on Kashmir dispute
NEW DELHI, JUN 09 (DNA) – Indian Home Minister Rajnath Singh has said that he is open to holding talks with anyone in an attempt to resolve the protracted Kashmir dispute.
