Relations with Pakistan growing, says Swedish ambassador
ISLAMABAD, MAY 19 (DNA) – Ambassador of Sweden Ingrid Johansson has said Swedish embassy has been trying to strengthen trade and economic relations with Pakistan and let me tell you that our efforts have got very encouraging response.
The Swedish ambassador expressed these views while speaking on the occasion of nation day reception. Federal Minister for Industries and Production Ghulam Martaza Jatoi was the chief guest.
She said there are some new investments from Sweden but of course we are looking for more such avenues.
The ambassador said there are other things that are equally important to improve bilateral relations such as culture. She particularly mentioned Nomad Art Gallery for arranging a paintings exhibition on the occasion.
After cake cutting the guests witnessed paintings exhibition and praised art work of the artists. The federal minister also took a round of the exhibition and encouraged the artists.=DNA
