Pakistan, Bangladesh ties need be strengthened, says Info Minister
ISLAMABAD, MAY 16, (DNA) – Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb has emphasised the need to strengthen relations and enhance cooperation between Pakistan and Bangladesh.
Talking to a delegation of Bangladeshi journalists in Islamabad, she said that the shared art and culture could provide a point of convergence of interests between the two countries.
Marriyum Aurangzeb reiterated that Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif had a vision of peaceful co-existence and harmony in the region and it was accordingly was vigorously pursuing the concept of ‘peaceful neighbourhood’.=DNA
