APNS announces Federal Committee members
ISLAMABAD, MAY 14(DNA): The All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS) has announced members of its Federal Capital Committee. The members are elected for one year.
The Federal Capital Committee comprises following members. Khushnood Ali Khan (Chairman), Sardar Khan Niazi (Vice Chairman). Mehtab Khan (Ausaf), Waseem Ahmed (Awam), Manzoor Malik (Khabrain), Ghulam Akbar (Al-Akhbar), Bilam Mahmood (Nawai-e-Waqt), Munir Hussain (Express), Ansar Mahmood Bhatti (Centreline), Rukhsana Saulat (Nikhar), Danish Iftikhar ( Asas), Tahir Owais (Dawn), Tahir Mughal (Nawai Pak), Makhdoom Arshad ( Jurat) and Gauhar Zahid Malik (Pakistan Observer).
The committee among other things is responsible for scrutinizing documents of publications desirous to become member of APNS. The Federal Committee submits its recommendations to the Executive Committee in Karachi.=DNA
