Marlon Samuels wishes to join Pakistan Army
MAR 12, (DNA) -Marlon Samuels, star cricketer of Peshawar Zalmi has stated on Sunday that he wishes to join Pakistan Army.
Chief of the Army Staff, General Qamar Javed Bajwa convened a meeting with champions of Pakistan Super League 2017, Peshawar Zalmi on Saturday in General headquarters in Rawalpindi.

Hours after Pakistani players who represented Zalmi in the league met with the army chief, Samuels posted a video on Twitter stating that he would love to come back to Pakistan if General Bajwa awards him a batch of Pakistan Army and inducts him in the force.
He serves as a general in Jamaican force, Samuels added.
He said: “I wouldn’t mind coming back to Pakistan if I’m gonna get a metallic badge on my shoulder because in Jamiaca I am a General.”
The international cricketer said that he wishes that cricket is further promoted in Pakistan.
“I am a Pakistani at heart and that is why it didn’t take me long to decide to come to Pakistan,” he said. “I wish more cricketers come to Pakistan, international cricketers come to Pakistan.” Samuels said.=DNA
