PTI worker dies in Lahore
LAHORE, 08 NOV (DNA) – Muhammad Hayat, a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) worker, who was shot and injured last month in Kasur, succumbed to his injuries on Sunday. Family members of the deceased had accused some members of the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) of shooting him on October 11 in Kasur.
A large number of PTI workers and relatives of the victim protested outside the hospital where Hayat was being treated. Police said three suspects involved in attack on the PTI worker have been taken into custody. DNA
