An eye witness, Agha Meroz told DNA that fellow journalists of Parvez held him when the truck hit his bike otherwise he would have fallen in the under constructed nullah. Meroz said it was a miracle that Parvez escaped such a terrible accident.
Another eye witness Zubair told that immediately after hitting the bike of Parvez, PHA workers including driver of that truck started beating Parvez.
When asked from other people present at the scene, it came into notice that Parvez is not the only victim of violence of PHA workers but they have beaten more than five people at the same scene.
Journalists present at the scene have said that they are sick of such poor and uncivilized behavior of PHA workers. They said that before the start of construction work of nullah, the situation was under controlled.
