ISLAMABAD, AUG 18 /DNA/ – The Allottees Welfare Association G-14 delegation met Member of National Assembly (MNA) Anjum Aqeel Khan and demanded immediate initiation of development work in sector G-14/1, along with the handing over of plots to rightful allottees.

The delegation highlighted that the housing project was launched in 2004, yet despite progress in other sub-sectors of G-14, sector G-14/1 remains deprived of basic development facilities and possession rights. They expressed deep concern that this 22-year delay has shattered the dreams of many families who invested their life savings into acquiring plots. Tragically, several original allottees have passed away during this prolonged wait, leaving their heirs still struggling to secure their legitimate rights.

The representatives stressed that this is not merely a development issue but a matter of thousands of families’ futures, their hard-earned investments, and their fundamental right to ownership. They pointed out that illegal occupations, encroachments, and unauthorized constructions in G-14/1 have severely undermined the rights of genuine allottees.
