Indian citizen arrested in Mandi Bahauddin, case registered for illegal stay in Pakistan

PUNJAB (Zaheer Sial) – An Indian citizen has been arrested in Mandi Bahauddin on charges of illegally entering and residing in Pakistan.
According to police sources, 30-year-old Badal Babu was apprehended near Moza Moong. The arrested individual hails from Nagla Khatkari, Post Barla Mor, Tehsil Atrauli, District Aligarh, India.

Badal Babu did not possess any legal visa or permission to stay in Pakistan. As a result, the Saddar Police Station promptly registered a case against him.
The police confirmed that a case has been filed against the accused under Sections 13 and 14 of the Foreigners Act, 1946. Following a court order, the accused has been sent to jail on a 14-day judicial remand.
Authorities have launched further investigations to determine the purpose of the accused’s entry into Pakistan and to identify any potential local connections.
