ISLAMABAD, 11 DEC /DNA/ -The Deputy Prime Minister of Pakistan, Ishaq Dar, today expressed profound shock and sorrow over the tragic terrorist attack at the Afghan Refugee Ministry in Kabul, which resulted in the death of Acting Afghan Minister Khalil ur Rehman Haqqani and multiple other precious lives.
