ISLAMABAD, NOV 15 /DNA/ – Manuel Frederico Pinheiro da Silva, Ambassador of Portugal to Pakistan, called on Admiral Naveed Ashraf, Chief of the Naval Staff, at Naval Headquarters in Islamabad today.
