CJP hopes no one is ‘tried’ in military courts till final outcome of case

ISLAMABAD, JUN 26: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Umar Ata Bandial Monday hoped that no one would be tried in a military court until the case’s final outcome pending before the Supreme Court, challenging the trial of civilians under army laws.
