U.S. announces reward $4m for senior AQAP leader
The United States has announced four million dollars reward for arrest of senior al-Qaeda leader Ibrahim Ahmed Mahmoud al-Qosi.
The State Department has announced it would provide the reward in return for information on the further identification or location of Ibrahim Ahmed Mahmoud al-Qosi.
