Karachi : Former South African captain AB De Villiers praised Babar Azam and wished luck to him and Pakistan as South Africa returned to the country after almost 14 years.

Replying to Babar’s video in which the right-handed batsman confessed that he idolized him always, De Villiers wrote ‘Very Special Babar Azam’. “All the best. Great to be watching Cricket in Pakistan again!” he added.

“Great to see South Africa in Pakistan again. A special place to tour and a good Cricketing challenge too. All the best gents,” he wrote.
