SIALKOT (DNA) – CGSS team headed by Lt Col Khalid Taimur Akram (Retd), Executive Director, CGSS visited University of Sialkot and met Prof. Dr. Saeed Ul Hasan Chishti, Vice Chancellor, University of Sialkot.

During the meeting, it was decided that CGSS and University of Sialkot will collaboratively work in the field of research and other activities related to the Eurasian region. Furthermore, cooperation in academic and industrial research will also be initiated.

Prof. Dr. Saeed Ul Hasan Chishti, Vice Chancellor and Prof. Dr. Naeem Ahmed Chaudhry, Pro-Vice Chancellor, University of Sialkotappreciated the active role of CGSS in enhancing regional connectivity and promoting the positive and national interest of Pakistan.

During the meeting a Memorandum of Understanding was also signed between both institutions in which they agreed to facilitate cooperation in the areas of mutual interestand to explore opportunities to involve the academia in the multilateral fields.

Lt Col Khalid Taimur Akram (Retd), Executive Director, CGSS and Prof. Dr. Saeed Ul Hasan Chishti, Vice Chancellor, University of Sialkot signed the MoU on behalf of their institutions.
