NA passes condolence resolution, paying tribute to late MNA Iftikhar ul Hassan
ISLAMABAD, AUG 07 (DNA) – The National Assembly Friday unanimously passed a condolence resolution paying tribute to the social and political services of late MNA Iftikhar ul Hassan.
The resolution was moved by former Deputy Speaker Murtaza Javed Abbasi commiserating with the bereaved family for this irreparable loss.At the outset, the parliamentarians paid rich tributes to the late MNA for upholding democratic and parliamentary norms.
The parliamentarians also lauded contributions of Syed Iftikhar ul Hassan for strengthening democracy in the country. They said that the political struggle of the late member will be remembered for a long time.The House will now meet again on Monday at 11 in the morning. = DNA
