PM Imran made nation proud by raising Kashmir issue: Dr Firdous
ISLAMABAD, Sept 29 (DNA): Special Adviser to the Prime Minister (PM) on
Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan on Sunday said that
Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan has made entire nation proud by raising
voice of Kashmiris.
In a statement, the special assistant said that Indian atrocities in
occupied Kashmir have been exposed in front of the world leaders during
session in United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
The valley has tuned into biggest jail due to continuous Indian curfew,
she added.
Earlier, Dr Firdous said, “Prime Minister with full vigour has put
forward the case of oppressed people of occupied Kashmir in the highest
international forum.”
She continued that it was now the test of ‘global conscience’ where it
stands itself in the history.
“Whether the civilised world supports the oppressed people or gives
priority to businesses [or markets] over humanity,” she went on to say.
